Spillrite Explosion-Proof Vacuum Cleaners are ATEX certified and UKCA certified safe for use in hazardous locations as part of a combustible dust control program and are suitable for most flammable and combustible waste. Spillrite vacuums are certified under ATEX directive for Europe and also UKCA EX for the United Kingdom. These standards are for equipment approved for use in explosive atmospheres.
This drum Top vacuum is a twin & triple venturi system bolted to am alloy or stainless steel drum top that suiots all drum sizes worlwide including 44/55/205/210. The system produces high vacuum and is ideal as a spill control unit for oils, chemicals, bilge, salt water and most non flammable fluids. The Drum Top Vacuums when fitted with n anti-static dry filter can be used for all combustible dry waste. When fitted with reverse filter clean and a cyclone they are effective for the recovery of combustible fine dusts.

The SPAV EX vacuum is a 15 gallon - 60 litre pneumatic explosion proof unit with an anti static filter cartridge and complete anti static fittings throughout. This is the main power source for the SPAV Cyclone trolley unit which is ideal for the collection of grains, flours and combustible dusts. The cyclone is constructed with anti static resin and has additional anti static components fitted to it.
