Drum Lid Vacuums

Drum Lid Vacuums are air operated pneumatic vacuums that are used on industrial steel drums. They are primarily used for rapid spill control and reverse fluid pump out. They can be configured to vacuum dry waste so the vacuum unit becomes a complete one stop industrial vacuum system.

Pneumatic Drum Vacuums are very SAFE.

  1. Pneumatic drum vacuums are powered by compressed air, they do not use electricity
  2. There are no moving parts to wear out, cause friction or create a spark
  3. Can be used in both wet and dry applications
  4. Designed and manufactured in Australia
  5. 4 times the power of electric vacuums
  6. Huge 5 metre water lift
  7. 5 year warranty

The Drum Lid Vacuum power unit is bolted to a galvanised steel drum lid.  The system has twin venturi's that create the pneumatic power. The screw handle is designed to block off one of the venturi's in reverse mode which increases the pressure inside the drum to faciltate reverese fluid pump out. This is completely safe as one venturi is open to allow excess pressure build up to be released through the second venturi and through the suction port in reverse mode.

The yellow silencer box is manufactured from 5005 alloy and bolted to the lid with stainless steel bolts.
