Spillrite builds each air operated vacuum to the customers specification. The build usually takes 3-4 days to modify and test the vacuum before we ship. If we have to weld a new base plate, the lead time will be 7-10 days.

We build your air operated vacuum system to order.You get the correct vacuum for your waste problem. As most waste has unique characteristics and oftern require a specific vacuum to be the best fit. We try to match the power required to lift the waste with the length of suction hose you need to be effective. We also keep in mind the amount of compressed air available to operate the vacuum. |

Spillrite vacuums operate the best with 38-50mm diametre suction hose. (1.5-2 inches). All vacuums require 90-100 psi. Most vacuums require a 1/2" - 3/4" air supply line to get the volume of air to the vacuum head. |
